Travel is such an amazing educational enrichment experience and the opportunity for our students to perform on such a beautiful stage is a once in a lifetime moment. Typically 80-90% of our students travel on these big trips which only happen in even years. We know this is a big decision but our program has taken many trips over the last 20 years and every one of them has been so rewarding that it keeps us continuing to work hard and make these trips happen for our students. All payments are non-refundable.
by September 15th: Deposit Due - $600
by October 20th: Payment 1 Due - $800
by November 20th : Payment 2 Due - $800
by January 10th, 2025: Payment 3 Due - $800* *This final amount may be adjusted down depending on the final count of the number of students attending--we've done our best to slightly overestimate costs rather than surprising you with higher costs in February

To pay by check please be sure to include your student's name and "Hawaii" on the memo/notes line. Place it into the EBSO box on the wall in the band room no later than the date the payment is due.
